Is a 10 year death penalty. That is why guys that have done OK somewhere in the SEC almost always get a chance somewhere else in the SEC. Stability provides hope. A bad coach and a non blue blood will cripple giving and momentum and with the constant arms race increase the gap with the upper class faster than any other conference.
