I guess you are. "Their own foundation" is a foundation, a clearing house of philanthopy that has an A ranking by Charity Watch, a group that gave the US Red Cross an -A.

So yeah, that's where they would funnel some of their money to organizations helped through the foundation. Do you think the Bush family gives to the Bush foundation or the Rockefellers to the Rockefeller Foundation?
