Do you remember - I don't know that you do - when Poppy Bush spoke hopefully of the coming Peace Dividend that would follow the downfall of the USSR and the subsequent end of the Cold War?

You see how that worked out right? Commies are gone, but do not fear dear Defense Contractor b/c within less than a decade the THREAT OF TERRORISM rises - and oh gosh, we need to pour money into Defense. You can't stop it in America. Its where the real power lies. Did you know major defense contractors split mftr projects across every state in the union.
