but we averaged 9 points in SEC play. 9. Our historical average before last year in SEC play was 24 points. With our D last year if we would've just scored say 18 points a game, we would've won the East again. We were the 2nd WORST FBS offense last year. ku was better.
We've upgraded the RBs and WRs significantly. The TEs are still a position of strength. I have hardly any concern about Lock. He has an actual QB coach and OC, plus he's a year older and stronger. The coaches have said themselves that he's "10-fold" better at recognizing coverages. The question of course is the OL. I think Howell and Adams and Pendleton are very solid. Comes down to Bailey and Abeln and coaching. Elarbee is highly regarded as an OL coach.
If the O is slightly above average, we can win 9 to 10 games and we only lose Ross and Culkin for next year.
