What would lead you to think that?
Muschamp couldn't win and develop an offense to save his life, even with Florida talent.
McElwain was supposed to be a year or two from getting things in order and he goes right out and wins the division with Muschamp's team.
It's the difference between a very good coach vs a not very good coach.
Spurrier didn't recruit well his last two years at USCe and in fact lost recruits when the rumors of his retirement sprung up.
So I ask again, what about USCe would lead you to believe they could see drastic improvement this year under Muschamp?
