And could you share with me the difference between buying legislation through campaign contributions and getting a sit down with the SOS. There are ALMOST countless examples of people BUYING legislation through campaign contributions - and actual quid pro quo - and yet NO examples of actions taken the SOS as a result of donations to a foundation that among other things funds AIDS research.
