Even if she starts WWIII the value wouldn't go down if most of it is still standing. How much is Auschwitz worth now? Or a signed copy of Mein Kampf? Probably as much or more than they were worth in 1930 or so.

At least the nominal value wouldn't go down. Of course that might partially be attributable to the drop in the value of the dollar if it is still a viable currency by the end of her term. $250 million might not buy a loaf of bread by then.
