to be said about racial identity politics.

Blacks vote democrat, period. It hasn't worked for SIXTY YEARS. So he says, "What have you got to lose?"

Create a new cabinet level, Department of inner city action. Or inner city development. Or inner city Renaissance. This is a huge problem that needs attention more than once every four years. It has been exploited and then ignored by Democrats. And only ignored by Republicans. It is a cancer, it will spread.

There needs to be a sunset clause on this position, because when Democrats win the White House back, this will just be a endless money pit for corruption and graft and empty promises.

Also, some will say this is typical Republican. Talk small government and create a new cabinet level position. Fine, I get it. Trade it for the departments of energy, commerce, education, and the EPA. Add one, subtract four.
