Last year was an improvement from year 1, and it was due almost entirely to KA's recruits. Obviously 10 wins is objectively a poor season, and we must improve overall. But I saw enough in the 4 freshmen last year to want to see how they developed their game as sophomores.
We need to continue moving forward, and I do expect to move forward to a greater degree in this season. If its more of the same, put up the money for a big coaching hire. I agree that another mid-major no name is another crap-shoot and likely waste of time. If we go with a big name guy, we have to commit to giving him 5-6 years, regardless of outcome.
But if we show increasing signs of potential with this roster as I think we will, any change would be foolish. We've got young players at all positions for the next 2-3 seasons. If it looks like something positive is coming together, it would be idiotic to make a change.
