stated that over half of her appointments were with foundation donors.
The department criticized the story as inaccurate stating that it was way less than half.
The AP stood by their story stating that they could only analyze the appointment/meeting logs that the department would release to them (a request that took years and lawsuits to resolve). The AP then said they would be happy to correct the story accordingly if the department would release all of the missing records.
The State Department declined that request.
