he was placed in this position beyond his capacity and has failed to such a degree.

I can't be proven right in this regard, I have already been proven wrong. My initial position was that with the inherited assets Kim could be a short term solution for a few years and be a decent tactical upgrade that would result in a slight program uptick. Unfortunately I made alot of assumptions up front that have been proven incorrect, and I fully admit I was dead wrong.
