Per the Bush thing. There is no Iraq War without W. There might not have been a 911, but that is another story. There would have been NO Iraq War, no Arab Spring and . . . while Al Qaeda might still be kicking around no ISIS.

Counter argument that it was Obama who LEFT Iraq too early. If are not there with ALL those tasty weapons that ISIS winds up with - then you don't have to leave early - b/c you are not there. Bush was a total POS - though he DID succeed at his #1 job which was to break the bank and begin Project Starve the Beast, so you have to hand him that.
