and the district takes in part of Olivette which is heavily black.
Why you don't want to go to the movie theater at Olive/Lindbergh at night unless you want to be listen to blacks yelling in the theater all night, fighting in the parking lot or an occasional shooting
Looking at money spent per student to raise black levels on test scores to white you would have to simply fix the test scores. Reading and math are obviously racist
