interchangeably even though they have distinct definitions.
The vast majority of what they call racism is actually ethnocentrism. But the left wants to intimidate and demonize their opponents into silence and the charge of racism carries more punch so they use that when they are really talking about the others. Racism is the current McCarthyism.
