right to judge the content of that statement.

His argument is poorly thought out and his protest was designed to offend the very people who pay his huge salary.

I don't think anyone here has denied his right to say and do what he has. But it is our right to condem those actions. Why do you believe he has the right to express his beliefs but no one else is afforded that same right ?
