This lady is reaching all over the car, even reached underneath the seat. Refused orders, doesn't comply..

This cop never ever seems like he "fears for his life". it is highly unlikely that had this been a black person, this same patience would not be shown.. This is the difference, the belief that a certain group of people are deep down good people, and another group bad people..
