The guy says 'cheating' has become more 'sophisticated'.
Sophisticated? Yeah, right!
I happen to know that 'ku' has been outside the bounds of Lack of Institutional Control since 1983 on a continual basis and they fundamentally circumvent the oversight and control process the NCAA relies upon.
Since 1983!
That's more than 30 years! EVERYONE knows that!
And, yet, they NEVER get punished for it and the national media closes it's eyes and let's it go on. And on. And on. And ON!
Sigh!
A 'broken system'? I would say so!
There needs to be a 'level playing field'.
