The KU Athletics release noted the main changes are: “Improvements with customer service, concessions, mobile enhancements and pregame and in-game experiences.” what "in-game experiences" are they going to improve on? Put random students in pads and let them go on the field and get the stuffing knocked out of them like the actual football players?
Those changes include adding restroom attendants to each restroom in the stadium to keep them clean. They will also keep lines moving during game breaks. How? Are they shaking it for the guys? Zipping up the fans faster? WTF?
