the bottom line is you don't know. just as Dr. Drew can make a guess about HRC's health he doesn't really know. it doesn't stop him from making a judgement. and that's fine.

i assumed you meant he would REVEAL the system is rigged. why don't you clarify what this means then?

trump needs to lose or he will tell the world (if he wins?) that the system is rigged? if he wins why would he say the system is rigged?

if he loses, which is likely, he might very well say the system is rigged; which it very likely is regardless of him winning or losing.
