The logic behind his recruitment made no sense at the time and is baffling. The guy had zero offensive skill out of high school and was seen as a guy who could contribute defensively and rebound, but was never seen as a guy who could be close to average offensively for a long period of time. Basically, you're taking a guy who, even as a senior, probably shouldn't start. That's nuts.
