Not in DC, but spent some time there for work a few years ago, and scoped out the scene in the area I was staying.

http://dogfishalehouse.com/ has 3 brewpubs in the suburbs. Definitely worth checking out if you like Dogfish Head.

Mad Fox Taproom is pretty good as is Capitol City Brewing.
