I wonder if they have looked at renovating Hearnes,

so many times contractors don't want to renovate because there is more money in construction. But I wonder if they have considered removing some of the seating, adding dressing rooms, training, and lounges for the for the sports that still use it, maybe upgrade the AC/Heating to high efficiency, and such
