7 greats grandfather

Fought for the Continental Army at the Battle of Kings Mountain in South Carolina. Died due to injuries sustained a few days later. His son, my 6 greats grandfather, was a page boy.

My 4 greats grandfather and his brother were doctors serving on the opposite sides of the Civil War, my grandfather for the Union, my grand uncle for the Confederacy.

I'm also related to George Washington, but that is a little more complicated. I think my 3 greats grandfather (other side) married a woman that would have been George's niece.
