The University of Louisiana at Lafayette on Monday made public paid consultant Mike Alden’s report on his six-month study of the Ragin’ Cajuns athletic department, which makes 20 strategic recommendations and suggests understaffing is problematic.
Other branding recommendations, among many: “Don’t use UL/use Louisiana," "Embrace FULLY and leverage the unique culture of the Acadiana area” and having concessions and premium food services at venues include “local vendors/foods” selling gumbo and jambalaya.
