spotlight. Brazil has now hosted both a World Cup and the Olympics in the last few years. Many people will now think of them as a first world country.

It is not about making money on the Olympics it is about becoming a world player. Will it gain them tourism and new business dollars? That is the gamble those countries take with hosting the Olympics.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
