He said its bad, and robberies/killings every day. Police are corrupt. Government is corrupt. He now lives in Canada and is trying to get his family to move away.

Maybe its Rio specific, or maybe things were cleaned up for Olympics. He said he was shocked they got both the World Cup and Olympics.
