If he blasts Obama, then Obama slow walks, maybe doesn't even call it a disaster area to qualify for fema, govt help.
That area gets screwed over by the dem party, Obama just to make a point.
Anyone in that govt sucks up, plays nice. Even trump would, given the circumstances.
