I miss the old Big 8, but I certainly don't miss the Big 12

Or the Bevo Conference, as it should be called. The Big 8 was by far and away the best football conference in the country during its hayday, and the only conference every to finish 1-2-3 in the national rankings, if my memory serves me correctly. Lots of national championships. Lots of bowl wins, often against the SEC. Lots of Heisman Trophy winners. And the basketball wasn't too bad, either.
