Hurricane Katrina in 2006. No one cares whether Bush stepped foot on the ground..it probably wouldn't have been safe for him (or anyone) down there anyway.

They DO care at the pathetic FEMA response, and about the fact that electrical crews were pulled away from work on local hospitals to work on electrical connections to a pipeline in Mississippi that carried oil from Texas.
