country with the city & county combined, which will be the case again in the not so distant future.

STL Metro Area is still gaining population & at a much greater rate than tiny kc.

The city of STL is now, once again, having net gains as well. Being the number 1 city for Start Ups in the country & one of the top Entreprenurial Markets in the country & the number 1 Bio & Agri Industry Market complimenting that has it's advantages. Especially given the booming development status in all that for STL.

It's hard to imagine such a bumpkin dimwit exists, but if you just learned that today, it certainly underscores how stupid & uneducated some here really are!!
