My Mount Rushmore of worst bars would be:
downtown:

Ten Below (below Harpos)
Roxy's
Willies/Fieldhouse
Bengals
Big XII

Honorable Mentions:
Club Athena
Generic (before Roxy's)
Tonic


Not downtown:
The Zou and the Zou 2
B12 (now El Tigre)
Hawgs N Dogs

Bars that went way downhill:
Truman's used to be good, went way down hill- needs to clean their fish tank

Southside Pizza- never started out high, but since moving locations, became really trashy

Places I miss:
Forge N Vine
Boone Tavern
