I'm a pretty typical Mizzou fan...measured in my expectations and usually hoping for the best instead of expecting it.
But going through that depth chart, I see a lot of existing talent on defense, guys we know are proven and can play and play and well....and on offense, a lot of unproven but very promising talent that could lead Mizzou to a 10+ win season. It was just a Spring Game, but Lock also looked improved in terms of footwork, pocket awareness (stepping up and away from pressure to release) and most importantly....he looked much more confident.
I think a lot hinges on the offensive line and our running game. I've said all along...if our offense is average last year, we're a completely different team with how our defense played. Yes, an AVERAGE offense.
I think that should be expected, at least, this year.
