But even last year, who did they slow down with a pulse?
In 5 games against awful opponents Georgia Southern, Liberty, Maryland (3-9), kansas, and Iowa State, they allowed an average of 4.6 points per game. In 8 games against everybody else, they allowed an average of 36.3 points per game. And they've lost a lot on defense.
Our defense is made to stop their offense, which in the very least we'll slow down if not shut down. If we're just adequate on offense, we'll win, and maybe by double digits.
