If you actually read the report, you'd also see that Tulley had multiple impermissible contacts with Gant before he committed to Mizzou.

And that Fuller and Tulley were together watching Gant in a private workout at his high school in Georgia about a year before he committed to Mizzou.

Fuller and Tulley's relationship is well-established in the report.

Is it your honest opinion that it's pure coincidence that NCAA sanctions follow Frank Haith around from school to school?
