8. West Virginia: The No. 8 spot seems a bit low for the Mountaineers, but a defense with few veterans just lost their best defensive back (Dravon Askew-Henry) and is down to three players who've started more than one game. They're still going to score a lot of points, though, with Skyler Howard and what should be an impressive group of receivers. Another advantage: Oklahoma, TCU and Baylor all have to travel to Morgantown this year.
