The kid just has the mental make up to be a great qb. That along with the arm that most analysts were touting in camps. I think it's important to remember that he didn't get that off season work as he relates to early in the video. He was thrown into a no-win situation last year as has been touched on by lots of posters and media. I was worried it might damage his psyche (and it may have) but hopefully he has put in the work and this year he can silence some of the naysayers.
