GA, Dir of Recruiting and Dir of FO don't count to me.

So, 5 years of assistant coaching and no HC experience.

Yet, look at all the analysis of Lovie Smith's 11 years as a college assistant, 6 years as an NFL assistant coach and 9 as an NFL HC.
