offense. Some teams play slow and some teams play fast. It's called strategy. Forcing everybody to play faster is bad for the game. Less efficient. Less movement. More one on one play. More bad shots.
Some players do foul a lot, but as a former ref, the bigger problem is a complete grasp of understanding of the rulebook and what really is a foul. What we basically have today in college ball is way too many fouls being called on the perimeter and not enough fouls called underneath. True handchecking is not a foul. Clobbering somebody in the post is.
