Honestly you guys need to grow thicker skin. Whether its right or wrong, people are going to b*tch about moderating, reffing, etc.
Maybe you should just do it and ignore everything or p*ss off and not do it.
Lately it seems like you guys are b*tching more than anyone. You know when you respond to it that its just going to drag it out so why not just shut the hell up about it and stop whining?
