Maybe Puryear was more under the radar, but Jackson is that much more of an athlete. Recruiting a rebounder requires a coach that knows basketball, Statistics alone won't indicate whether a kid can rebound at the P5 level. You have to fundamentally understand the game to see a player utilize that talent in a game.

Plus, getting Jackson ultimately led to getting Hughes.
