couldn't connect with donors, especially after November

had his run-in with Earleywine, and thought he could ***** slap him and was unprepared for the angry supporter and player responses

ditched the South Endzone project without a viable alternative or a plan for moving forward

still taking heat for giving HCKA another year, regardless of whether it was right or not

took heat for re-upping HCTJ last year, and then firing him this year. totally seemed to mishandle that as well with a total lack of media awareness, first saying he was going to get a position in the AD, then outright dumping him with 3 months of severance

failed to act like a leader in charge during any and all of these occurrences... could have easily addressed them
with comments that would suggest the AD was not a rudderless ship, but didn't, just holed up in his office.

didn't seem to be in charge of the compliance department, nor has anyone ever heard about any discipline for failure to follow up re: basketball internships

there's probably more... he just fled
