*Obvious reference to Carmento's taped telephone conversation with Ricky Clemons, jailed on domestic violence charges for choking his white girlfriend because she wouldn't watch Roots with him. Carmento told him not to date white women and referred to them as "pink toes". Additionally, referring to the NCAA investigation into Mizzou sparked by Clemon's allegations of payoffs, she also notoriously said "...them crackas be shakin'".
