guys who transferred out you would find plenty of steals, going after loose balls, and hustle. To claim a guy "fits our culture" because of what you saw on a 3 minute highlight video is silly. The guy may or may not have an attitude that fits our culture but I imagine every player Kim signs will "fit our culture" according to you. But the reality is that Kim is trying to get the best player possible. If he could get a top 25 player with a mediocre attitude, I'm sure he would take that over a 200+ ranked recruit with a great attitude. The whole culture and attitude claim is complete BS. Talent trumps everything in college basketball.

And don't take this as a slight on Wilkes as I think he'd be a good pickup but not because of some magical attitude or cultural fit. It's because he's a good player that is highly desired by other teams.
