McGovern didn't have the athleticism of Morse, but seems as though they thought it was "plug and play" because it worked previously. As you've noted often, the recruiting failures were the biggest thing in play. Interesting that Odom has already addressed issues on the line in the 6 months he's been on the job. And hiring Elarbee was huge, too.
