that is a main target as he is from there. Will allow Mormons to have an alternative candidate. It is unclear if that hurts Trump more than Clinton, but the thought is most Mormons won't be voting for Clinton regardless. Not sure whether the other states still available are states where he could make a difference. I do not believe his intent is to do anything more than take away from Trump
