She did not understand the huge opportunity in front us with the sport. It was a situation where she needed to fire the HC within a 1-2 years after he was hired, because he was a terrible hire. The bigger story, Missouri was in a position to make a major hire because of what they have to offer compared to almost any other program in the country. SR thinking was to give the coach more time when alumni,athletes knew he was a terrible coach,recruiter and socially stupid. She is smart and educated but didn't have the the simple understanding to pull the trigger.
