ADs to Baylor and N. Texas, assistants to SLU, players to UT_Arlington, etc. At that point in time taking a coach from the SEC 2 years removed from being national coach of the year who had avged > 25 wins per season at MU in his tenure was a pretty bold move by Tulsa. It only looks par for the course now.
