A top 50 player in terms of most recruiting services, he was selected for USA Basketball under-18 national team. In 2 seasons at MU he was arrested twice, served a 9 game suspension for impermissible benefits, and caused an investigation for which MU vacated a season's worth of wins, lost scholarships, and was banned from postseason play. In total he scored 265 points (13 in his debut, his best game as a Tiger) and grabbed 163 rebounds during his Tiger career in which the team went a combined 18-44, before transferring to Louisiana Lafayette.
