It is a college team but not like we have here

There are only a few college teams in Lithuania. Their players are allowed to play for "club teams" during the summer and get paid. The better players in Lithuania come to the U.S, (see Kleiza and many others) to play college ball but those are generally guys who have been identified early and move to the U.S. To attend prep schools, get qualified, and then play Division I basketball. That is not to say there aren't good players who stay in Lithuania but generally they play professionally right out of high school. I believe I saw there was one guy on the Lietuvos Olympic team who went to the school we just beat.
