As wu-tangtiger said below, a shoot-around is not a practice. It's just getting acclimated to a new gym and running through the oppositions offense (probably won't happen in Italy) and maybe some new plays Mizzou wants to implement. It is nowhere near a full practice in intensity, length, or amount of drills/coaching.
